Most of us are taught to push through. To achieve, hold a pose, ignore discomfort.

My teaching is rooted in the meeting point of two worlds: the reliability of science and the depth of yoga philosophy. I work with Myofascial Integrated Alignment (MIA) drawing inspiration from Blissology to create practices that are not only meaningful, but make sense for how your body actually functions.

When the body is supported the right way, something shifts. Patterns change. Space opens: physically, mentally, emotionally.

This is where practice becomes transformation.
