200HR Yoga Teacher Training · Yoga Alliance Certified
More than a certification.
A transformation into embodiment.
Before we can guide others, we must first arrive in ourselves.
This training is not only for those who want to teach. It is for anyone who feels called to understand themselves more deeply through the body, through breath, through the ancient wisdom of yoga meeting the intelligence of modern movement science.
Because before we can guide others, we must first arrive in ourselves. This is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour training.
Most trainings teach you how to instruct a pose.
This one teaches you how to understand it.
What makes this different
Drawing from Blissology principles that explain lines of tension in the body, biomechanics, and deep postural intention, every posture is explored not as a shape to achieve, but as an invitation to feel. We don't force the body into positions. We learn to read it, listen to it, and work with it intelligently. You will leave not just knowing how to teach but knowing why every movement matters.
